Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
- Standard delivery: £4.99 — arrives in 3-5 working days
- Express delivery: £6.99 — arrives in 2-3 working days
Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm, on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume or any other marks
How to return:
- Email us at info@prettydup.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you the return address and instructions
- Post the item back to us — return postage is the customer's responsibility
- Once received and inspected, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5-10 working days
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cover the return postage and issue a full refund or replacement.
