Ordering

How do I place an order?
Add items to your bag, head to checkout, enter your details and pay. You'll get a confirmation email straight after.

Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched, email us at info@prettydup.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to amend or cancel it.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major debit/credit cards and the payment options shown at checkout.

Shipping

Where do you ship?
UK only at the moment.

How much is delivery?
Standard: £4.99 (3-5 working days). Express: £6.99 (2-3 working days).

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders after 4pm or at weekends go out the next working day.

How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Returns

What's your returns policy?
14 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in original condition.

Do you offer free returns?
No — return postage is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

How long do refunds take?
5-10 working days from when we receive your return, refunded to your original payment method.

What if my item is faulty?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cover the return and issue a full refund or replacement.

Sizing & Product

How do your sizes run?
Our sets are true to UK sizing. Each product page lists the model's size and height for reference.

Will the colour look the same as on screen?
We do our best to photograph accurately, but slight variations can happen due to screen settings and lighting.
